Work that moved the numbers

Every project below includes the starting condition, what we changed, and the measured outcome. We do not publish work we cannot back with data.

Regional SaaS platform — account restructure across APAC

Starting point: A Series B SaaS company spending SGD 45,000/month on Google Ads across Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. CPA was SGD 380 with a target of SGD 220. The account had 847 keywords in four ad groups with no negative keyword strategy and landing pages that did not match ad intent.

What we did: Rebuilt the account into 23 ad groups organised by intent tier and geography. Implemented search term mining with weekly negative keyword updates. Created geo-specific landing pages aligned to ad copy. Fixed conversion tracking that was double-counting demo requests.

Outcome: CPA dropped to SGD 224 within 90 days — a 41% reduction. Demo request volume increased 18% at the same budget. Quality Score average improved from 5.2 to 7.8 across core ad groups.

Neobank — landing page conversion sprint

Starting point: A Singapore neobank driving paid social traffic to a single landing page converting at 12% (application started to application completed). Monthly traffic: 14,000 sessions. The page had a 14-field form, no social proof above the fold, and a generic headline.

What we did: Ran three sequential A/B tests over eight weeks. Test 1: headline and value proposition. Test 2: form reduction from 14 to 7 fields with progressive disclosure. Test 3: social proof placement and trust badge positioning. Each test ran until 95% statistical confidence.

Outcome: Application completion rate rose from 12% to 19% — a 58% relative improvement. Cost per completed application dropped proportionally, saving an estimated SGD 28,000/month in paid social spend at constant volume.

DTC skincare brand — organic content cluster

Starting point: A direct-to-consumer skincare brand relying almost entirely on paid social for revenue. Organic traffic was 2,100 sessions/month with zero organic conversions tracked. The site had 12 product pages and no supporting content.

What we did: Built a 24-page content cluster around ingredient education, skin concern guides, and product comparison content. Fixed technical SEO issues including duplicate meta descriptions, missing schema markup, and slow mobile page speed (LCP was 4.8s, reduced to 2.1s).

Outcome: Organic sessions grew to 18,400/month within 11 months. Organic revenue reached SGD 42,000/month — 156% year-on-year growth. Paid social dependency dropped from 94% to 71% of total revenue.

Law firm — tracking rebuild and attribution model

Starting point: A mid-size Singapore law firm spending on Google Ads and SEO but unable to attribute a single client engagement to marketing. GA4 was misconfigured, GTM had 23 untagged events, and the CRM had no UTM capture on intake forms.

What we did: Rebuilt the entire tracking stack — GA4 custom events for consultation requests, GTM container cleanup, CRM integration with UTM parameter capture, and a Looker Studio dashboard connecting ad spend to consultation bookings to retained clients.

Outcome: For the first time, the firm could see that Google Ads generated 34% of consultation requests at a cost of SGD 890 per retained client — against an average client lifetime value of SGD 12,400. Budget allocation shifted accordingly, increasing ad spend on high-converting practice areas by 40%.
