-
CrimeSwee is a phonetic play on Chin Swee Road — the street where our office is located at 171 Chin Swee Road, #10-06 San Centre, Singapore 169877. It has absolutely nothing to do with criminal activity, law enforcement, or anything illicit. We chose the name because it is memorable, locally rooted, and inevitably prompts the question you just asked. The answer is always the same: we are a marketing agency named after a road in the Outram district, not a rap sheet. Our registered entity is CrimeSwee Marketing Pte. Ltd., UEN 202779384K.
-
We offer six core performance marketing disciplines: paid search (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), SEO (technical, content, and local), conversion rate optimisation, analytics implementation (GA4, GTM, dashboards), and monthly performance reporting. We do not offer brand strategy, creative production, or public relations — we partner with specialists in those areas when clients need them.
-
A growth review is a complimentary 45-minute consultation where we look at your current marketing performance — ad accounts, analytics setup, organic visibility, and conversion paths — and give you an honest assessment of what is working, what is not, and where the highest-impact improvements lie. It is not a sales pitch. We have recommended that some prospects fix their tracking before spending on ads, and we have declined engagements where we could not add measurable value.
-
Our signal audit — a two-week diagnostic of your marketing performance — starts at SGD 2,500. Ongoing retainers for a single channel typically begin at SGD 4,500 per month. We publish minimums because under-budget engagements produce under-powered tests, and that wastes everyone's time and money. During the growth review we will tell you honestly whether your budget supports meaningful work.
-
No. No honest agency can guarantee specific rankings, ROAS figures, or revenue outcomes because results depend on factors outside our control — your product, your market, your budget, your competitors, and platform algorithm changes. What we guarantee is transparent methodology, honest reporting, and recommendations backed by data. Case study figures on our website represent past client outcomes and are provided for illustration only.
-
Yes, when there is sufficient budget for meaningful testing and a tracking setup that can measure results. Early-stage startups with limited budgets are often better served investing in product and organic content before paid media. We say this openly because taking retainer fees from a startup that cannot yet benefit from paid advertising helps neither party.
-
Our deepest experience is in B2B SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, and professional services — industries where performance marketing can be measured against clear conversion actions like demo requests, account sign-ups, purchases, and consultation bookings. We also work with education, healthcare, and hospitality clients where local SEO and paid search drive measurable foot traffic and enquiries.
-
It depends on the channel. Paid search restructures typically show measurable CPA improvement within 60–90 days. CRO tests need 2–4 weeks per test depending on traffic volume. SEO content clusters usually require 4–6 months before organic traffic and conversions reach meaningful levels. Analytics rebuilds can be completed in 2–3 weeks. We set timeline expectations during the signal audit so you know what to expect before committing.
-
Our standard retainer agreement is month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to terminate. We believe clients should stay because the work delivers value, not because they are locked in. The signal audit is a fixed-fee engagement with no ongoing obligation. Some clients prefer quarterly commitments for budget planning purposes, and we accommodate that on request.
-
Yes. Our studio is at 171 Chin Swee Road, #10-06, San Centre, Singapore 169877 — a short walk from Outram Park MRT. We welcome in-person meetings by appointment. Most client work happens remotely via shared dashboards, video calls, and collaborative documents, but face-to-face sessions are available whenever they add value.
